Description
This expansion appliance utilizes the same jackscrew mechanisms as a traditional rapid palatal expander, but paired with a substantial acrylic pad along the palate. The pad is split to allow for transverse expansion, and may offer additional support for posterior teeth throughout the expansion process. Available on the upper arch. Also available with 3D printed bands and framework, or in a fully metal 3D printed design!
