Fifty years ago, none of this existed yet.
In 1976, NEOLab started by working hand-in-hand with local dentists, focused on one thing: creating quality orthodontic appliances that helped patients in our own community. What began as that small orthodontic lab has grown into the largest privately held orthodontic laboratory in the country – something we’re both overwhelmed by and incredibly grateful for.
But this anniversary isn’t really about size or numbers. It’s about the people, choices, and commitments got us here.
From the very beginning, NEOLab has been a family business in the truest sense of the word. Built on trust, long days, learning as we went, and a belief that relationships matter. We didn’t grow by chasing trends or shortcuts; we grew by listening to doctors, supporting our employees, and staying focused on quality, innovation, and customer service. Some of our earliest memories are of stepping in wherever help was needed, learning firsthand what it takes to build something that lasts alongside a team who shared the same deep commitment we have from the start. NEOLab was never “just work.” It was, and still is, a family at its core.
Over the years, the industry has changed dramatically. Technology has evolved. Digital workflows and 3D processes have transformed how orthodontic labs operate. Through all of it, NEOLab has adapted and innovated, all while staying true to what has always mattered most: craftsmanship, reliability, and genuine, collaborative partnership with the doctors we serve.
We are deeply thankful for the orthodontists, pediatric dentists, and general dentists who have trusted us with their patients, and the many who have partnered with us across the decades. Your loyalty, feedback, and collaboration have shaped NEOLab into what it is today. We’re equally grateful for the talented team members, both past and present, whose dedication, skill, and pride show up in every appliance that leaves our lab.
This milestone is also a reminder of responsibility. Fifty years in, we remain committed to doing things the right way, by investing in our people, embracing smart innovation, and continuing to serve the orthodontic community with honesty, care, and respect.
To everyone who has been part of the NEOLab story – thank you. You’ve helped build something special, and we’re excited for all that’s ahead.
