V5x

Monitor expansion cases remotely with high-quality intraoral images! With the revolutionary V5X device and app, you can monitor your patient’s expansion progress on your schedule with progress images that look like they were taken in-office. The V5x acts as an expander treatment companion, guiding patients through a series of six intraoral images, actively increasing their investment in their own expansion progress. They’ll send images to you at a frequency determined by your office, so that you can monitor their progress on your schedule, without tying up your schedule. The V5x is intended to lower the amount of required in-office check-in appointments, and to get ahead of non-compliance problems before they happen.
The V5x device includes the phone clip attachment, lip retractor(s), and cheek retractor(s). These are used in tandem with your patients smartphone (iPhone and Android supported) to take and send record images and expander turn data.
While filling out your expander prescription on RX Wizard, simply check the box to add the V5x! We’ll package your appliance, V5X device, and instructions for accessing the app in one, sleek package. Simply install the appliance, hand the box to your patient, and watch the images come in.
Check progress and technique from afar, and ensure that your patients are completing their activations correctly, before missing out on weeks of valuable treatment time.
